Dr. Ryan Thompson

Dentist

Dr. Ryan Thompson graduated from Texas A&M University, Houston, in 2004 with his bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial and small business management. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Dr. Thompson spent a year as a captain in the United States Air Force while completing his advanced education in general dentistry. He then spent two more years developing his skills as a dentist in the Air Force. After gaining valuable experience as a dentist in the military, Dr. Thompson furthered his experience as an associate dentist in Sherman, Texas, prior to opening Thompson Dental in McKinney, Texas.

Dr. Thompson is an active and accomplished member of his community. While in dental school and undergraduate school, he held officer positions in dental societies as well as captained team sports. He was also awarded multiple military commendations during his time in the Air Force. Dr. Thompson has met his goal many times over to help as many people as possible by attending several dental mission trips over the years and doing volunteer work within his community.

Dr. Thompson is currently an active member of the American Dental Association®, the Texas Dental Association and the North Texas Dental Society. In his free time, Dr. Thompson loves spending time with his family and friends and is very involved with his church, the Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church. He likes to watch and play all kinds of sports and also enjoys time outdoors cycling, golfing, running and hiking. He looks forward to caring for the wonderful people of McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano and Prosper.

Dr. Nauman Quamar

Periodontist

Dr. Nauman Quamar earned his Bachelor of Science in dental surgery from Hamdard University in 2005 before relocating to Dallas, where he worked for several years. Then he moved to the East Coast and completed his advanced post-doctoral training in periodontology at the New York University in 2009. He also completed his master’s degree in oral biology, periodontology and oral implantology at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia in 2012.

A board-certified periodontist and implant specialist, Dr. Quamar considers the daily patient interactions that enable him to provide each patient with optimal oral care as the most interesting aspect of periodontology.

He enjoys spending time with his two kids, playing pool, and traveling in his free time.

Dr. David Roberts

General Dentist Providing Oral Surgery Services

Dr. David Roberts received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the dental school at the University of Illinois in 1985. He then spent two years in a dental residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

During his residency, he discovered his passion for dental and implant surgery. Dr. Roberts has extracted over 150,000 teeth and performed over 25,000 sedation procedures over his entire career. He is currently an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He lectures nationally in the area of general dental surgery and travels to dental offices around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to help serve his colleges.

Dr. Roberts enjoys spending time at home with his family when he is not caring for his patients. Each of his four children is involved in numerous sports and activities, which keep the Roberts family busy. Whenever he gets the chance, Dr. Roberts enjoys playing tennis and is known to take the occasional excursion Top Gun style as a passenger in a fighter jet.
